Answers to the questions buyers ask most about our products, prices, delivery terms and documents.
Are you a producer or an intermediary?
A producer. We grow and process our products in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine and sell them on behalf of the farm with a full set of lot documents. Some positions we also buy from regional producers to assemble lots for a buyer’s request. Those are marked “We buy”.
What products do you produce and sell?
Grains (wheat, corn, barley, triticale), oilseeds (sunflower seeds), sunflower processing products (crude oil, meal, cake), hemp products (seeds, oil, cake) and peas. The full list with descriptions, quality parameters and prices is in Products.
What is the minimum order volume?
For grains and oilseeds, from one truck lot (about 20–25 t); smaller lots of hemp products and oil are agreed individually. The minimum lot is shown next to each price position when it differs from the standard.
Which delivery terms are available?
We work on Incoterms: EXW (collection from the farm), FCA, CPT (delivery to an elevator, plant or port), DAP/DAF (delivery to the border) and FOB (on board). The basis is shown next to each price; on request we quote delivery to your location.
Do you export, and to which countries?
Yes. Export positions are marked in the price list by the DAF, FCA and FOB (Danube ports) basis and USD/EUR prices. Destination and documents (contract, phytosanitary certificate, quality certificate, customs clearance) are agreed for each lot and destination country.
Can I get product samples and analysis results?
Yes. On request we provide a lot sample and laboratory results for the key parameters (moisture, foreign matter, oil content, protein, etc. depending on the crop). The actual lot parameters are fixed in the contract.
What do the prices and the date next to them mean?
It is the price at which we are ready to sell or buy on the stated basis, in the given currency per tonne. The date is the day of the last update. The full history of every price since 2006 is open on the position page; positions marked “temporarily not trading” show the last published price.
Are prices with or without VAT?
UAH prices carry a VAT note next to the position; export prices in USD/EUR are quoted without Ukrainian VAT. The exact tax treatment is fixed in the contract.
How does a purchase work and which documents accompany a lot?
Request (form or call) → sample and analysis → contract with fixed price, quality and payment terms → shipment by truck or rail. A lot comes with the contract, delivery documents and a quality certificate (analysis results); for export, a phytosanitary certificate and customs documents are added.
Do you buy from farmers?
Yes. The “We buy” positions show what we accept from producers and first-hand intermediaries and at what price. Send the “Offer a lot” form with the commodity, volume, region and a contact, and we reply with acceptance terms.
